Pregnancy doesn’t have to mean “just surviving” for 9 months. 💜

This mama came into her 3rd pregnancy expecting the same severe pain with walking she experienced before… but this time was different.

Not only did she avoid the intense pain, she was able to keep running throughout pregnancy and transition to walking comfortably right up until the end. 🙌

Just because something was your “normal” in a previous pregnancy does NOT mean it has to stay your normal.

We can only make decisions based on what we know at the time — which is why we love when our moms share their stories. Your win could be the thing another expecting mama needed to hear today.

📢Calling all seacoast area moms! 📢

Moms on the Move- our new weekly walking group kicks off Monday May 11th!! Come with a stroller, baby-wear, toddlers in tow- or even come solo. Get your steps in while soaking up some 🌞 and connecting with other moms.

We’ll start and end at our parking lot and explore different routes around town (including a playground stop for the bigger kids!)

24 hours old → 1 year old 🎂💜
