A soothing blend of gentle yoga, wave-like qigong movement, and mindful breathwork.

Stretch & Restore

Slow stretching, supported shapes, and deep relaxation.

Breathe & Flow — Gentle Vinyasa
Tuesdays & Thursdays at 4:00 PM
Saturdays at 8:30 AM
A slower, breath-led vinyasa practice with accessible transitions and grounding sequences.

We offer two unique somatic experiences each week:

✨ Somatic Release Yoga — Tuesdays at 6 PM with Julia Daniel
A slow, intuitive practice shaped by Julia’s massage and bodywork background.
Expect gentle movement, deep listening, and space to release what you’ve been carrying from the day.

✨ Somatic Floorwork Flow — Every Other Friday Afternoon at 3 PM & Saturday Morning at 08:30 AM with Michelle May .embodiment
A grounding, floor‑based practice that uses simple patterns, breath, and curiosity to help you settle your nervous system and return to yourself.
Most of the class takes place close to the ground — supportive, calming, and deeply restorative.

You do not need to speak Spanish to attend. There’s something truly beautiful about hearing familiar poses cued in a different language — it softens your attention, heightens your listening, and invites you into the practice in a new way.
