Hey WFM folks! We are having major issues with phones today not being able to call any Verizon numbers. Reminder that sunburns can damage skin and increase risk of skin cancer, but some sunscreens are so toxic that they can actually INCREASE risk of other cancers and disrupt hormones. The Environmental Working Group takes the guess work out and does all the research so you don't have to! Check out their site and they also have an app for that! Have a safe and healthy summer!

Here at WFM we do our best to take all insurance so that our patients have covered access to care. But did you know that in Oregon, Naturopathic Doctors (NDs) get paid on average 64% compared to a MD for performing the same services? Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants get 93 and 94% as they have pay parity laws on the books, ensuring that insurance pays them fairly.
