Klamath Basin Behavioral Health Providing comprehensive behavioral health services in Klamath County since 1980. No one is turned away for inability to pay.

Established in 1980 as a family-focused children’s mental health clinic, Klamath Basin Behavioral Health (KBBH) has grown into the largest behavioral health provider for children, adolescents, adults, and families in southern Oregon. A non-profit organization, KBBH serves the Klamath Basin through a comprehensive array of evidence-based and family-focused behavioral health services. Our innovative programs are delivered by a passionate team of experts who are committed to improving the quality of our consumers’ lives. Our diverse range of integrated service delivery includes instant access to 24-hour crisis support, same day screenings and mental health assessments, psychiatric assessments and medication management, residential and respite programs for adults and adolescents, individual and family counseling, substance use disorder treatment, home-based services, parent-child interaction therapy, day treatment for school-aged children, case management, peer support, school-based services, and multiple focused treatment groups. In addition to operating under fee-for-service agreements with multiple private health plan providers, KBBH offers sliding scale and reduced fee agreements and provides contractual services to those eligible for the Oregon Health Plan. We had three great New Drug Talk events at the The Ross Ragland Theater today with panel experts from Sky Lakes Medical Center, Transformations Wellness Center, Lutheran Community Services Northwest Klamath - Project Youth Empowerment, and Klamath Tribal Health & Family Services. Over 400 students were trained on the new dangers of fentanyl poisoning and how to help themselves or someone they love. Thank you to everyone involved in organizing these events!
