In this three-hour workshop, you will learn ways to support your life through the wisdom of Ayurveda through the lens of feminine form medicine.
Pronounced “Aye-Your-Vay-Duh”, some call it the sister branch of yoga.
However, we see it more as the grandmother.
It is a natural system of medicine on the “knowledge of life” that has been around for over 5000 years. A.k.a., it works!
Ayurveda it is an integration of diet, lifestyle, and spiritual practices to support your unique constitution.
It’s more than just a prescription to an herb, or a quick fix.
From the Ta***ic feminine-form perspective, it’s about knowing that change is inevitable and always shifting.
It’s weaving the divine, grounding wholeness and love and spirit with the intuitive wisdom within.
From this place, we look at your whole picture, not just one specific challenge or disease.
In this workshop you will:
1. Discover the main elements/dosha you’re born with and which are out of balance.
2. learn how to support yourself according to the doshas.
3. Find inner radiance in the transition of winter to spring.
4. Learn which foods, herbs, and lifestyle choices support a spring detox.
5. Move your body and in a great Ta***ic yoga, meditation, energy healing, and essential oils.
Come prepared to move, take notes, and anchor these teaching not into into the mind, but the body as well.
We will begin with a gentle and grounding yoga and meditation practice.
Once the body and mind are situated, we’ll move into a lecture that introduces you to Ayurveda and how its wisdom can support you.
You will receive handouts to help integrate these practices.
Leave with a new way to step forward in your health and wellbeing.
