Good info. I just wish they would tell you more than just the herb and Wood tell you how to use it for these issues they just say blueberries blah blah blah.
I’ll give you some advice on how you can practically use some of these items. Blueberry is great for raw blueberries but also to make them into a smoothie or also blueberry tea. ☕️ Yum.😋
Just please be careful with the ratio of garlic and oil for an earache as it also can eat into the eardrum if you use too much garlic. I recommend using an ear oil remedy that NOW puts out because it is already pre-measured for you. I prefer pineapple or papaya juice for heartburn over apple cider vinegar.
I make a peppermint Menthol Therapy rub which is like 100 times more potent than regular peppermint oil! This is great for all kinds of muscle aches and pains, but if you haven’t purchased it yet, you can find it at Laverne’s, Sunny Valley Salvage and on my Etsy page. Until then at least you can use peppermint oil for other pains like headaches, muscle aches, upset, stomach, and heartburn by just rubbing some with some carrier oil on your belly or wherever the issue is.
Eucalyptus in a steam diffuser is my preferred way to help sinus issues because horseradish is pretty intense, but if you are strong enough for it, go for it!
Turmeric you can use many different forms, you can sprinkle turmeric on your salads, make a curry, put it in your rice cooker, try a golden milk or golden juice recipe. There are several on Pinterest, put it in a smoothie, or just take it as a supplement. Of course for quicker reaction it’s better to do it in a liquid form.
Cherries are an awesome anti-inflammatory bc they are filled with polyphenols or anthocyanins, antioxidants, tryptophan, etc..That means it’s great for arthritis, gout, heart health, etc.
Let me know if you try some of these ideas, remember natural herbs work with the body, they are not magic pills. Give them time and be consistent with them like you would any medication or other treatments.
