I’ve found deep comfort in my spiritual practice over the years. Through the joyful times and the more challenging moments. I return again and again to a vast and abundant inner state, feeling replenished and grateful, drawing energy and courage. Day after day.

Kundalini yoga helps with mental clarity, emotional and spiritual wellbeing and brings energy to sustain your week!
The guided breathing meditation helps with self regulation and soothing the nervous system.

We have healing frequency music and mantras during the class and for relaxation time. Enjoy a relaxing healing sound bath at the end. ☺️

The deeply restorative spiritual journey lasts complete 90 minutes. Feel renewed, restored and ready to conquer the rest of the week!
