This Memorial Day thinking of all those who served our country and were lost, especially our dear brother Sgt. Paul Wayne King who served in Vietnam. He passed away last September due to his exposure to the herbicide Agent Orange. We lost a great number of men (and women) in Vietnam, but decades later we are still losing them due to toxic exposure they endured. Please remember all of these heroes today. Paul is our forever hero.🇺🇸💔

Hubby’s big brother was a Vietnam Veteran whom we lost this past September due to his exposure to Agent Orange. We see Vietnam Veterans every day in clinic. They deserve our thanks, our respect, and our help in any way we are able. Don’t just thank them for their service…buy them a meal, cut their grass, befriend them, just be there for them.🇺🇸

My husband’s big brother was a Vietnam vet. He passed away this past September due to his exposure to Agent Orange.

In our clinic, to date we have seen more than 12,000 appointments for disabled Veterans, many of whom have had toxic exposure to Agent Orange and for younger Veterans who have had exposure to burn pits in Iraq, Afghanistan. (On a slightly side note, there are also female Vietnam Veterans who served, mostly nurses that were right on or near the front lines.) - Mary J. King, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

In honor of Veterans Day I’m posting this picture of my precious brother in law, Sgt. Paul Wayne King. He served in the USAF in Vietnam and passed away two months ago due to his exposure from Agent Orange. He was more of a hero than anyone could hope to be. He was a quiet man who held a black belt in karate that could kick your butt if he wanted to. Instead he was a peaceful and godly man who did more with his soft and humble words than with his physical strength. He is our forever hero.
