Head Rush has discovered a component on a limited number of auto belay devices that if mounted below specific heights could cause impaired retraction and pose a fall and injury hazard for your climbers.

They ask that you click on the link below to read the full safety alert to determine if you own one (or more) of the potentially affected devices. It should only take a few minutes to check.

If you have an affected device(s), rest assured that Head Rush will cover the cost of any repairs and return the device to you as quickly as possible.
