I have tried playing many musical instruments in this lifetime, so called to music, but alas, I did not have the talent. I let it go with Cello this last year, or so I thought.

I took a sound healing class, which took me some time to complete as my life changed very drastically in the last 8 months. When I settled in Tennessee, I remembered I had not finished the classes and went back to it. I completed the courses for several sound healing instruments, and lo and behold, I found out I had to actually schedule clients and sessions, do all of the requirements in order to receive my certificates. Hmmm.
What came with that realization? Fear, insecurity, am I really interested in doing this...excitement...fear...am I good enough...and then…OK, I’ll do it. And I did do it!

I did those required sound healing sessions. Each an every person that I did a session with asked if I had any package deals. What? They actually liked it? Really? Can this be real? Yes, I actually asked those questions of myself. Do you know what the answer was? It was YES!

What I found in this process were many things…
1. Fear still exists in me
2. Insecurity still resides in me
3. My musical instruments were not what I thought. The instruments that I can play in Flow are tuning forks, crystal bowls, crystal pyramids, rattles
4. Fear can be a motivator
5. Insecurity is not permanent
6. Talent comes in many forms and expectation clouds what can be
7. Expectation can freeze me, stop me from living
8. I am not the sum of my fears
9. I can do this!!!
10. While providing a modality that can lend healing to others, I heal in that process

I encourage any and all to move through the fear, be grateful for what scares and has hurt you and know that through all of that, you can find your peace, joy, passion and gifts. All obstacles are there for your growth, knowledge and liberty. You are here because you have purpose, and it is you that needs to see that! I wish that for each and every one of you!
