People are so thirsty for authenticity. After apologizing for my messy complicated life, a friend said.. “it’s not complicated, It’s life!”
So so true. It wouldn’t be a journey without it’s up and downs. Don’t hide thinking that no one wants to hear about your messy life. A true friend is not going to be turned away and likely can resonate with you. If you try. Be authentic. Tunia Wayantirmayr

Stress…. Who doesn’t have it??? In today’s world happiness is hard to find amongst all the stress. Joy and happiness have to be sought. Look for the joy in at least one stressful situation a day and that’ll help to balance this stressful life.

Stress…. Who doesn’t have it? What do you do to manage it? Happiness is a choice. In todays world happiness is hard to find. But you can find joy in even life’s smallest things. It doesn’t have to cost anything! Stress management step #1….. TRY to find joy in something every day! You have to look for it. Try to find the joy in one stressful situation at least once a day. This will get you one step closer to managing stress with the leverage of finding joy. Life is all about balance.
