If you’ve heard this or even thought it yourself—you’re not alone 🤍

So many moms question their supply, especially in the early days when feeding feels constant and overwhelming. But frequent feeding, cluster feeding, and fussy moments don’t automatically mean something is wrong.

Your body is designed to respond to your baby—milk production works on supply and demand, and those frequent feeds are often your baby’s way of building your supply, not signaling a lack of it.

There are times when extra support is needed—but fear and outside comments don’t get to define your feeding journey.

You deserve support, reassurance, and accurate information—not pressure 🤍

DM me “milk” if you want guidance on supporting your supply and knowing what to look for 🌿

If you’re feeling nauseous, the goal isn’t perfect meals—it’s gentle nourishment that you can actually tolerate 🤍

Some of the most supportive foods during this season are often the simplest:
Bone broth for minerals + hydration,
toast with nut butter for steady energy,
and fruit for quick, easy nutrients your body can handle.

Small, frequent bites, bland options, and listening to your body can go a long way in helping take the edge off morning sickness.

You’re not doing anything wrong if full meals feel like too much right now—this season is about adapting, not pushing 🤍

DM me “nausea” if you’re looking for more ways to help kick morning sickness to the curb 🌿

Can you eat sushi during pregnancy? 🍣

It’s one of the most common questions—and the answer isn’t just yes or no.

Raw fish is typically avoided during pregnancy due to the risk of bacteria and parasites, especially since your immune system is more sensitive right now.

But that doesn’t mean you have to skip sushi altogether 👇

Cooked rolls, veggie rolls, and fully cooked fish options can still be a safe and satisfying way to enjoy it.

Like so many things in pregnancy, it’s not about fear—it’s about making informed, supported choices.

A simple, nourishing meal to support your body + fertility 🌿

This quinoa bowl is packed with ingredients that help reduce inflammation, support hormone balance, and provide steady, sustained energy throughout the day.

Quinoa and chickpeas offer plant-based protein and fiber to help stabilize blood sugar (a key piece of hormone health), while leafy greens bring in folate to support egg quality and early development.

Healthy fats from avocado and olive oil help support hormone production, and colorful veggies like carrots and cucumber provide antioxidants that protect your cells and reduce inflammation.

Want to boost it even more? Add eggs for choline or salmon for omega-3s—both powerful nutrients for fertility support 🤍

Nourishing your body doesn’t have to be complicated—simple meals like this can go a long way 🌿

Because when you feel supported from the inside out… everything else flows a little easier 🌿

You deserve to feel strong, cared for, and confident in your body as you care for your baby ✨

When it comes to fertility, it’s easy to focus on timing—but nourishment plays such a powerful role too.

Your body is constantly working behind the scenes to support hormone balance, egg quality, and overall reproductive health. And while there’s no “perfect” diet, certain nutrients can gently support those processes in a meaningful way.

This isn’t about doing everything at once—it’s about small, consistent choices that help your body feel supported over time.

Start where you are, add in what you can, and trust that it adds up 🤍

Eating with the seasons is one simple, gentle way to support your fertility 🌿

Spring brings fresh, nutrient-dense foods that help nourish your body and support hormone balance in a natural way:

• Leafy greens (spinach, arugula, kale) — rich in folate to support egg health + hormone balance
• Strawberries — high in vitamin C to help protect egg quality
• Pasture-raised eggs — packed with choline for hormone + early development support
• Carrots + root veggies — support liver function + healthy estrogen metabolism
• Wild-caught salmon — full of omega-3s to reduce inflammation + support hormones
• Fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro, dill) — offer gentle detox support + a mineral boost

The funny thing about being a dietitian is people assume I’m always judging what’s on your plate…

When really, mamas are usually watching mine 👀
—or what I’m putting in my coffee—just to point out that it’s not “healthy.”

Here’s the truth 🤍
We don’t have to put so much pressure on a snack or a splash of syrup like it’s going to make or break our health, our values, or our worth.

Yes, we can make supportive, nourishing choices…
and also enjoy our food without overthinking every bite.

You won’t catch me skipping the coffee syrup ☕✨
Balance, babe.

If you’ve been feeling extra tired, headachy, or just a little “off” during pregnancy… hydration might be playing a bigger role than you think 💧

It’s one of those simple things that can make a big difference in how you feel day to day—energy, digestion, even those little dips in dizziness.

And the goal isn’t perfection or chugging water all at once—it’s gentle, consistent support throughout your day.

Think of this as your reminder to take a sip, slow down, and care for your body in small, meaningful ways 🤍

Comment “Hydration” if this is something you struggle with 💧

Just a little peep talk for you this Easter 🐣

You’re doing better than you think you are 🤍

Even on the tired days, the messy days, the “am I doing this right?” days… you’re showing up—and that matters more than perfection ever could.

So take this as your sign to give yourself a little grace today 🌷

You’re doing an egg-cellent job 💛

As a dietitian… I’ve decided to give up a few foods starting today 🤍

• Chocolate — for its terrible antioxidant properties 🍫
• Avocados — way too supportive of healthy fats 🥑
• Eggs — clearly too rich in essential nutrients 🍳
• Salmon — can’t risk all those omega-3s 🐟
• Berries — absolutely overloaded with vitamins and fiber 🫐

Honestly, it’s just too much nourishment for one person.

From here on out, I’ll be sticking to foods with less benefit… for balance, of course.

April Fools 😌

You deserve nourishment, joy, and foods that actually support your body—no guilt attached 🤍
