We are honored to be mentioned by our friends at the East Tennessee Kidney Foundation during their recent WATE segment! Their work providing transportation and support for dialysis patients is truly life-changing, and we are proud to partner with them in making East Tennessee healthier one smile at a time. Thank you for the shout out and for all you do for our community! 

This organization has been providing services to people impacted by kidney disease for 15 years.

☕ This morning I had the pleasure of attending the Chamber Coffee Club at the Habitat for Humanity ReStore! Always a great way to start the day—connecting with fellow community members and supporting local efforts.

While there, I ran into my dear friend Erin Rhodes, Executive Director of The Gate – Gateway to Independence. It’s always inspiring to catch up with passionate leaders doing incredible work in our community!

🌟 Farewell, Skylar! 🌟

Last week, we said goodbye to someone very special—Skylar, one of our amazing dental assistants here at Trinity. After nearly a year with us, Skylar is heading off on a new adventure as she gets married and moves to begin this exciting next chapter.

Skylar brought so much more than clinical skill to the team—she brought creativity, compassion, and a quiet joy that we’ll miss dearly. A true book lover and talented artist, we always looked forward to finding her whimsical little drawings around the clinic. They made us smile and reminded us to find beauty in the everyday.

Skylar, thank you for your hard work, your kind heart, and the unique spirit you brought to Trinity. We’re so proud of you and wish you nothing but happiness in this new season of life. 💍🎨📚

🥪✨ A Special Visit from a Familiar Face! ✨🥪

We had such a sweet surprise today—our former Executive Director, Raeann, stopped by to have lunch with the team! It was such a joy to catch up and share all the exciting things happening at Trinity Dental Clinic.

Raeann continues to be a tremendous supporter of our mission, and through her work at United Way of Blount County, she plays a key role in helping us connect with vital community resources that directly benefit our clients. Her heart for service and our community continues to make a lasting impact, and we’re so grateful for her ongoing support.

🦷✨ Teaching Smiles Early! ✨🦷

We’re so proud of our Clinical Director and CDHC, Erika Huff, for taking oral health education beyond the clinic and into the classroom! 🏫 Erika recently visited John Sevier Elementary School to speak with ELA students during a bilingual school-based educational intervention focused on early prevention.

She shared hands-on tips about proper brushing and flossing techniques, and engaged the students in a fun and informative discussion about nutritional choices that support lifelong oral health. 🌟

At Trinity Dental Clinic, we believe that starting dental education early lays the foundation for healthy habits that last a lifetime. By reaching young students—especially in diverse and bilingual communities—we’re helping to bridge health gaps and promote brighter, healthier futures. 💜
