🌞 Sun Protection from the Inside Out 🌞

I’ve been focusing on sun protection not just on my skin, but from the inside out! Lately, I’ve been using a nourishing tallow sunscreen and staying well-hydrated to keep my skin healthy and protected during this heat wave.

My favorite sun-protection smoothie includes:
🍅 Tomato: Packed with lycopene, a powerful antioxidant that helps protect your skin from UV damage.
🥕 Carrot: Rich in beta-carotene, which boosts your skin’s natural defense against sunburn and promotes a healthy glow.
🍉 Watermelon: High in water content to keep you hydrated, plus it contains lycopene for added sun protection.
🍊 Orange: Loaded with Vitamin C, which aids in skin repair and protects against free radicals caused by sun exposure.

I’m also incorporating omega-3 fatty acids into my diet, which are essential for maintaining skin health and reducing inflammation.

Hi 👋! I want to introduce myself to new followers to this page. My name is Jayme and I’m a Holistic Esthetician. My services are performed at in my cute treatment room. 🥰

As a holistic esthetician, studying herbalist, and an energy worker. I find balance and insight when I learn how we connect with plants medicinally and energetically. I built an organic spa back in Missouri, as a holistic esthetician from the ground up to help clients come into alignment with their natural energy path. The botanical products used were also created in the spa in our apothecary. I’ve since sold that business to be with family in Tennessee, but I didn’t give up my skills. Now my services are narrowed down to one facial service that is intuitively guided to what your skin & soul is needing.

I’m ready to go in the NEW Knoxville, TN spa! My first opening is June 11th. Booking link above.

I’ll be limiting my days and hours in the spa as I settle into my new home in Knoxville and spend more time with my family. I built a large spa in Missouri and now my next spiritual journey is to simplify life. I’m learning how to maximize my time doing what I love with the people I love. I look forward to meeting new clients and creating new friendships.
