Good info on OCD! This pertains to your thinking, not just having to have thing perfect, even, cleaning, etc etc. OCD has stretched itself across all aspects of life.

While, we still do not know the exact cause or causes of OCD, research suggests that differences in the brain and genes of those affected may play a role.
