Starting therapy feels hard because it is.
It’s makes sense to feel both hesitant and hopeful at once!

We make consistent effort to increase our visibility and keep the information about our clinicians updated and easy to access. We are committed to showing up as professionals who are also real people with unique styles and personalities. We can help you determine who might be the right fit for you based on your needs and preferences.

The cost of weekly services can be significant. Options to consider: utilize intern services, apply for the Treatment Access Bank, discuss sliding scale/reduced rate options with the therapist, explore if biweekly services are a good fit for you

Safety is important. We can pace the process in a way that makes it more tolerable for you. This is a collaborative effort and you have choices! There’s no need to get everything on the table in your first couple of sessions. You feel guarded and protective for a reason, and we have no interest in overriding what you need to feel safe. It matters.
It’s normal to feel a bit flooded in the beginning. We can’t guarantee that won’t happen, but we can stay with you and support you if/when it does.

Seven Days and Seven Nights of Less Alone is a gentle, trauma-informed workbook designed to help you come back into your body slowly, safely, and without pressure.

Created for people who are high-functioning, trauma-aware, and often disconnected from themselves, this guide offers simple daily and nightly practices that prioritize felt safety over fixing or forcing.

Each day and night includes:
• A short grounding practice
• A journal reflection page
• A “Safe Place to Land” page for open, unstructured expression

You don’t need to complete this in order. You don’t need to finish anything. You can move at your own pace, skip days, or return whenever you need a steady place to land.

This workbook is especially supportive for:
• Trauma survivors
• Therapists, helpers, and caregivers
• Anyone who feels numb, over-functioning, or exhausted

This is not therapy. It’s a companion that you can return to whenever you need to feel less alone.

This past weekend, our interns stepped into the community to lead a su***de prevention event. Through an engaging presentation, interactive scenarios, and games with prizes, they created meaningful opportunities for connection and conversation. We know the experience made an impact on everyone who participated!
