🚨 My take is that massage in general as well as manual lymphatic drainage is definitely a PARTNERSHIP. Regular maintenance is key to success in functional movement and better recovery results. Red light therapy (RLT) is a great tool to help to reduce inflammation, increase blood flow, stimulate collagen production and aid in pain relief to name a few.
