Cast removed 1 month post-op. Feels great to be able to somewhat move my wrist!

Got a custom splint made that I wear for another month, and I start hand therapy next week. I can at least remove this splint & put my arm in some hot water —YAY! I have some numbness around my inner thumb and index finger but the OT i worked with today said i’ll get some advice on how to help that improve.

Best wishes to my amazing surgeon Dr. Ivy on his retirement at the end of the month. 🥳
