Really enjoying ’s new Workout Plan set-up* as it’s a great way to use the equipment I have at home (including a Wunda Chair and Spine Corrector). ’s Bottoms Up Wunda Chair adventures was an invigorating way to start the day. Apologies in advance to my clients over the next week who will get to experience some of this inspiration! (* I do wish the Pilatesology workout plan integrated with the app as the desktop is slow to load)
