We had a great week celebrating Hospital Week and recognizing our incredible staff!

Our celebrations kicked off the first day of Nurses Week with our Operations Team serving free pancakes to staff. The festivities continued into Hospital Week with our annual Service Awards ceremony, along with a dirty soda bar and ice cream from Kone Korner.

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday brought a variety of free food, treats, and games for staff to enjoy, including a staff grill out where Foundation Board member Jim Butler grilled hamburgers and hot dogs for staff + several CARE Team members grilled and served dinner for our night shift staff, HoQ restaurant breakfast burritos, caramel apple and popcorn bars, and traveling Minute to Win It games. Plus, food trucks from El Meson Taco Shack, Pho T, and Paparoni's for the staff and community to enjoy.

We wrapped up the week with Chief Nursing Officer Jan Myers taking a pie to the face from Kamryn Wilson our Director of Clinical Operations โ€” all in good fun!

Thank you to our CARE Team for planning another fun and memorable Hospital Week and thank you to the KHC staff for all they do to care for the health and well-being of our communities!
