My style of teaching is an alignment based gentle Hatha yoga for all body types and sizes. I guide you to fit the pose to your body and not your body to the pose. Whether you are a beginner to Yoga or have been a few times but quit becaus

e the hard bodied instructor intimidated you, I am offering yoga classes so that others like myself can experience the reclaiming of their bodies like I have and experience the freedom that a solid yoga practice can bring along with the stillness of the mind and the restoration of the spirit. I recognize that those “persons of size” need a more gentle approach and time to get from pose to the next .
50 minute Lunch classes are held on Mondays and Thursdays on the 4th Floor of the TIS Building in West Knoxville at Noon - 1pm. Afternoon classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 pm., also at the TIS Building

I do teach to Corporate wellness groups – contact for availability and rates. Private sessions are by appointment only and are very reasonably priced. Namaste,
