Thank You Randy Davis Memorial Milk Fund!

This week, The KAPA Kitchen received a generous donation from the Randy Davis Memorial Milk Fund which will surely help provide milk for those in need.

The KAPA Kitchen is doing amazing work in supporting our community. Since last November, the KAPA Kitchen has donated more than 27,000 pounds of food and household necessities to our neighbors in need. This could only happen with donations and gifts from individuals and organizations like the Randy Davis Memorial Milk Fund.

If you would like to help the KAPA Kitchen, please make a donation at KAPAtn.org or https://kapatn.org/donate

For those people who have chronic pain, finding relief is often a difficult process or may even seem almost impossible at times. Many people suffer from prolonged discomfort for multiple years. In this episode of Knoxville Medicine’s Doc Talk, host Rob Page, MD talks with Elmer Pinzon, MD about treatment options for chronic pain whether it be back pain, progressive weakness, sports injury, or even carpal tunnel. Drugs often simply mask the pain but don’t always address the root cause. The good news is surgery may be avoided. If you are dealing with pain and would like to return to work, sports, or recreation, visit the University Spine and Sports Specialists website at https://usss-vchrm.com/ or call (865) 690-3737 for an appointment. FNA, it’s a type of biopsy that is minimally invasive and uses a very thin needle that can be inserted into a mass.
