Jennifer Stone (Multimodal Holistics) and I are hosting a spiritual hygiene class on Sunday, March 2nd at The Sacred Owl and Salt Room from 12 until 2pm EST. Registration fee is $30. Zoom option is available as well. We are only taking a max of 8 people in-person, so please email or message us soon to register. Email info is on the event page. For those who come in person, you will be sent home with a basic energy-clearing kit including rose quartz, tourmaline, palo santo, ritual salts, and dressed and blessed tea light candles. This class is for anyone wanting to learn how to keep their home and spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical bodies clear. This class aims to be especially helpful for those who do energy work.

I am very grateful and very privileged to be hosting this class with my best friend and I am looking forward to the experience. I don't think there is an easier person (or more organized person) to work with than Jennifer. We hope to see you there!
