I was talking with a client earlier and I mentioned to them " it sounds like your body needs calm, it needs a break from intensity"

Did you know the energy within you can get irritated, over stimulated, like it is just peeved off.

You can react physically by having rashes, allergies, sickness, and exhaustion. Mental fog and exhaustion.
Emotional outburst and exhaustion. Spiritual disconnection.....and more.

It is time for rest....resting isn't just sleeping.
Rest can be listening to calmer music, eating better food, watching less intense TV, a walk in the woods, a swim or soaking in water, choosing to set boundaries with the people around.....and there is so much more.

Find what gives you peace and a break from the intensity. Your body, mind, and soul will thank you.
