Dads notice things a little differently 🤍

While moms are deep in the day-to-day, dads often see the bigger picture—watching the shift from exhausted and overwhelmed to more rested, confident, and supported.

That’s what overnight newborn care is really about.

Not just sleep (although yes, that matters a lot in those early weeks)… but reassurance, guidance, and having someone there when everything feels new.

✨ Getting real rest
✨ Having your questions answered in real time
✨ Feeling supported instead of second guessing
✨ Building a strong foundation from the very beginning

If you’re expecting and wondering if it’s worth it… this is your sign 🤍

“How long should we hire overnight newborn care for?”

Honestly? I get this question ALOT and 9 times out of 10 (let’s be honest 10 out of 10) families wished they would have had me for weeks/months longer. 😄

For most families, the golden timeframe looks like a couple of months… not just a couple of weeks. Because this isn’t just about sleep, it’s about support, confidence, and actually enjoying those early days 🤍

If you’re thinking about overnight support,
this is your sign to reach out early (those spots go fast ✨)

Responsive care is at the forefront of everything I do and the care I provide to every family.

Because infant sleep isn’t something to control, it’s something to understand.

Your baby isn’t meant to fit a rigid schedule or one-size-fits-all approach. They’re wired for connection, co-regulation, and support as they learn to sleep.

That’s why my approach is always holistic, evidence-based, and family-led.

No pressure.
No forcing independence.
Just gentle, practical support that nurtures both rest and connection 🤍

If you’re ready for support that truly fits your baby and your family, I’m here.

Sorry…. April Fools Knoxville.
“Stops all night wakings forever”
If only it were that simple 😉

Here’s the truth no one talks about enough:
Night wakings in infancy are normal, protective, and expected.

Babies wake because:
• they’re growing
• they need to eat
• they’re learning new skills
• they need connection to settle

The goal isn’t zero wakeups.
The goal is helping your baby feel safe enough to fall back asleep. You don’t need a magic trick.
You need a responsive, realistic approach that works with your baby, not against them.

These hands have held tired babies at 2am.
They’ve soothed, supported, and stayed steady when everything felt overwhelming.

And they support parents too, bringing calm, reassurance, and a steady presence in those hardest hours.

Not because it’s magic, but because I know newborns, and I know how to care for both baby and parents.

You don’t have to carry this alone 🤍

Somewhere along the way, moms started believing they were supposed to do this alone

Hold it all.
Figure it all out.
Push through the exhaustion.
Quiet the questions.

But this season was never meant to be carried without support. You deserve to be cared for, too.
To be rested.
To feel confident.
To have someone walk alongside you in the middle of it all.

That’s what I’m here for—gently, responsively, and without judgment.

Not every “sleep habit” needs fixing.

Sometimes it’s a baby who feels safest close to you.
Sometimes it’s rocking in the quiet of the night or letting them fall asleep in your arms.

Babies are wired for connection. What some people call a “bad habit” is often simply responsive parenting

If it’s working for your family, it isn’t a bad habit. 🤍

There are a lot of loud voices in the newborn world.

But when you’re a brand-new parent, what you actually need is support, reassurance, and someone who respects your instincts.

Things I will never say as a newborn care specialist:
❌ “I know your baby better than you.”
❌ “Let’s get your newborn on a schedule ASAP.”
❌ “Don’t hold them too much or they’ll get used to it.”
❌ “You’re probably overreacting.”

Things I will say:
✨ You know your baby best.
✨ Holding your baby builds connection and safety.
✨ Newborns aren’t meant to follow strict schedules.
✨ Your feelings and instincts matter.

My role isn’t to override parents.
It’s to support them, guide them, and help them feel confident while their baby grows and develops.

Because responsive care isn’t spoiling a baby.
It’s meeting a biological need. 💛
