We are very sad to report, that despite all of our efforts, it looks like February will be the last month we will be open. 😭

We will probably be closed the rest of this week due to the weather, we don't want anybody risking themselves just because our edibles are that good.

We hope you all stay warm and safe, and hopefully this polar vortex stuff will go back up north where it belongs!

The TN legislature is back in session and we are on our 7th year being the industry's voice!

We expect a bill to ban TH©️a to be backed by the TBI, greed to come after the industry and possibly more hurdles. Then we have our final court date for our lawsuits in June.

We have an experienced lobby team tracking every bill that could hinder the industry and a strong legal team working on a winning strategy.

2025 is the year to get serious and we seriously need the industry's support. The TGC is a not for profit organization that operates on donations from members and donors. Nothing can be done without them.

Supporting the TGC is supporting a future for your business, right to consume and to free the plant!

The judge granted an extension on the temporary injunction! The industry is SAFE until June 5th!
