It's the final day of National Nutrition Month and our very own Registered and Licensed Dietitian Mandy Welch has some exciting news to share! 💜

For the first time, she's offering a Mommy and Me Cooking Class! This class is designed for kiddos 3 and up! There is a non-refundable class fee of $20 for both mom and child. An additional child is $10!

Mandy is hosting this class at our Blount County Clinic on Thursday, April 30th beginning at 4pm.

Wishing for a day full of Nama and a day that feels like Saturdays!✨

Help us wish our incredible RN, Jemima the happiest birthday today. Jemima keeps us laughing with her sarcasm and always shares her knowledge with everyone around her. She is kind to our patients and is willing to offer a listening ear. We are so thankful she's part of our team! One of our co-workers who works alongside her shares how special she is to all of us:
