When Kerigan walked through our doors at Spine & Sport in Lenoir City, she was living with back pain that made even simple daily tasks difficult.

After completing her treatment plan, she is now pain-free and able to do more than she could before โ€” without being held back by discomfort.

One thing stood out to her the most: our team.
She shared that the staff was always welcoming, encouraging, and ready to help โ€” even on the days she needed to bring her child with her. At ETSS, care doesnโ€™t stop at physical therapy โ€” we support the person standing in front of us.

A big thank-you to Coach O and the Central High School softball team for inviting us out today. Rabekah guided the athletes through a dynamic warm-up, followed by functional movement screens to help identify strengths and areas for improvement that can reduce injury risk and enhance performance.

Supporting young athletes in our community is one of our favorite parts of what we do at East Tennessee Spine & Sport, and we were proud to be a resource for the Central Bobcats.

LAST CALL โ€” TODAY IS THE FINAL DAY!

East Tennessee Spine & Sport is wrapping up our holiday donation drive, and weโ€™re still collecting new sweatshirts, socks, and gloves for Knox Area Rescue Ministries (KARM).

December 3rd is the last day to drop off donations at any of our nine ETSS clinics. Every item helps KARM provide warmth and comfort to neighbors spending the holidays in their care โ€” a small gesture that can make a big difference this winter.

If youโ€™ve been meaning to donate, nowโ€™s the perfect time. Help us finish strong and spread kindness across East Tennessee.

We loved the opportunity to be at Bearden High School this morning with Rachel Potter, pelvic floor physical therapist and clinic director at The Nest!

East Tennessee Spine & Sport was proud to host the Knoxville chapter of the APTA earlier this week for their November meeting at our Farragut clinic.

Our own Graeme Keys shared an in-depth presentation on Radial Shockwave Therapy and its growing role in physical therapy, highlighting how this evidence-based treatment can support patients across a wide range of conditions.

Weโ€™re grateful to the local PT community for joining us and look forward to continuing to advance learning and collaboration throughout East Tennessee.
