The Mend House Sober Living Community

The Mend House Sober Living Community The Mend House allows men to enjoy clean, sober and affordable housing for up to 2 years while working towards independence.

The Mend House Sober Living Community is 501c3, Non-Profit Charitable Organization for men who are ready to "MEND" their lives without the use of alcohol and drugs. Evidenced- Based Practices have proven that men who surround themselves with other men who are sober increases their likelihood of staying sober. We will equip the men with the necessary tools needed for ongoing recovery. Our overall goal is to help men in recovery make a successful transition from the consequences of their past, back into the regular routine of everyday life. That potential chaos that lurks outside a recovery facility or an institution is why transitional living matters most. The early stages of recovery are typically the most fragile; when old, unhealthy habits, behaviors, and acquaintances have more power. The Mend House will empower the men to seek additional support from the community, resources available within the community and recovery meetings. The Mend House allows men to enjoy clean, sober and stable housing for up to 2 years while working towards independence.

Often times we doubt our gifts, skills & talents. Cultivating an internal relationship with ourselves, will give us the fortitude to master the tasks and achieve the goals that a negative mindset will attempt to tell us that we can not accomplish! BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!

When we encourage dialogue about mental health and substance abuse, we empower individuals to seek the help they need without fear of judgment or shame. It's about embracing our unique journeys and reminding ourselves that it's okay not to be okay sometimes.

By fostering an environment of understanding and compassion, we can dismantle the barriers that prevent our loved ones from seeking help. Together, we can uplift one another, showing that seeking support is not a sign of weakness, but rather an act of strength and self-care.

Remember, you are never alone in your journey. Reach out to a friend, family member, or professional if you need support. And if you know someone who might be struggling, lend an open ear and a caring heart. Together, we can make a difference.
