Morgan was recently named both our 2026 Caring Hearts Recipient through Alzheimer's Tennessee, Inc. AND our Employee of the Month — and if you know Morgan, you know just how well deserved both honors truly are.

Morgan has been a CNA at Pinnacle for 4 years and is known for her kind heart, dependable nature, and always going the extra mile for the residents. Her positive attitude and sweet spirit brighten our community every single day.

Outside of work, Morgan is celebrating her 5th year of marriage and is the proud mom of her beautiful 4-year-old daughter, Arabella. She enjoys painting, reading, pool days, trips to the zoo, and recently discovered a love for mountain biking. 🚲
