Halls Vision Clinic Professional Eye care in Knoxville, TN Dr. Louthan is a graduate of Southern College of Optometry and has been in practice for 15 years.

He is a member of the American and Tennessee Optometric Association. Dr. Louthan interned in pediatrics and vision therapy with Dr. Glen Steel in Memphis. He also interned in ocular pathology at the Baptist Eye Institute in Knoxville. Dr. Louthan also provides services in contact lens evaluation and fitting bifocal contact lenses - a skill for which he received an award in optometry school. Dr. Re

ach received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee. He then received his doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN.
