At Jefferson City Health and Rehabilitation Center, we are proud to offer restorative care to help our residents maintain the highest level of independence possible.
In a long-term care (LTC) setting, restorative care bridges the gap between therapy and daily life. Our team works with residents to practice walking, transfers, self-care, and strengthening exercises to help preserve the abilities they have worked so hard to gain.
✨ Whether it’s walking to the dining room, brushing hair, or getting dressed, our restorative program empowers residents to continue doing what matters most to them while promoting dignity, strength, and confidence.
