Today we had a very special visitor—Tallie—who stopped by with Kourtney from UT Home Care Services, and let’s just say… she stole the show!🥰 Moments like this remind us that healing doesn’t always come in a pill bottle—sometimes it has four legs and a whole lot of love.

Thank you to UT Home Health for bringing joy, comfort, and connection right to our residents. We’ll take more Tallie visits anytime 🐶✨

LeeAnn celebrates 11 years with Oakwood this July, and she’s a true “jack of all trades.” From caregiver to dining services to housekeeping, she’s always stepping in wherever she’s needed—bringing compassion, teamwork, and heart to everything she does.
She’s been married to her husband James for 8 years (they actually met doing karaoke 🎤), lives in Lonsdale, and is a proud dog mom to Dixie 🐾
