One of these days I promise I will actually video a quick and easy dinner creation. I never know if it will turn out or not so, ya know, I don’t commit 🎥😜 this one was a surprise!

Dump in a sauce pan and boil:

1 can petite diced tomatoes
1 large can chicken rinsed multiple times and drained
1-2Tbs mixed dried Italian spices (basil, oregano, sage, thyme)
Dash of each garlic and onion powders & cracked black pepper
1 yellow bell pepper cut into pieces (or whatever color you have)

Heat up a bag of jasmine rice and serve in a bowl.

I was skeptical but wow it tasted great! Took about 10 minutes!

If you’re looking for something different for breakfast or a snack try this protein packed option, and if it isn’t sweet enough for you, add a drizzle of raw honey. To modify it you can use plain Greek yogurt instead of cottage cheese. Get creative and enjoy!
