Hello Darlings, online booking is now available. I only had 73 meltdowns, but technology did not in fact destroy me or my spirit.

My updated website is coming on the Chinese New Year so that gorgeous flaming horse can take off the way it's been needing to. Until then, if you have any questions or hesitations with Chinese Medicine and the ol' needle poke ouch, allow me to ease your worry with some real speak. Life's primary guarantee is discomfort. Let's not run away from it but be with it instead. I'm gentle and have big loves to offer through out so the benefits always outweigh everything else. I'm highly trained as an LMT, so your comfort is still my no. 1 priority and top skillset.

Still have concerns? I get it, I don't think I can talk away the needle fear, but if it helps.. acupuncture needles are not hypodermic needles you receive shots or veins phlebetomized with. In fact, several acupuncture needles can fit INTO a hypodermic needle.

Slow and steady as I integrate my practice into Tennessee with all the tech things still under construction, I wanted to share my list of services and prices I offer currently.

I’m noticing that my sliding scale is a concept that has been met with a lot of pause and confusion since starting here. I’ll speak more on this in the future but for now accessibility is important to me. My way to ease the reality of rising health care costs and contributing to my community is offering sliding scale to follow up treatments. Consistency in recovery and follow up is tantamount to your progress. If I can soften the investment of your care-even if a little, then perhaps I can increase the chance of your recovery. So, choose a price within the range and let’s take the edge off of putting your self higher on the list of ever growing priorities. 🌞

Dreamy Beauties! I'm happy to announce I'm now booking patients in Knoxville starting now. I'm offering all the same therapeutic lovins with a focus of Acupuncture. I've had a lot of people ask if I'll still offer massage and the truth is I'll never stop massaging. The power of touch can never be spoken highly enough. It's how I connect to you, your living story and informs my treatment planning. Now that I have the incredible tools Chinese Medicine offers, I'll be able to work in multidimensional ways and geek out with you on the poetry of your story in the language of knots, blocks, existential tangents all within the context of this medicine and my fascination with highlighting the very specific magic of you. So, yes, I will still offer massage when called for in treatment, but I will be focusing my practice under the vast purview of Chinese medicine,

Alright. T**s out. Announcement abound and amongst the too-early sunset. I’ve been silent and nowhere while simultaneously being everywhere. Flailing, crying, triumphing, crashing.
⚪️ I’ve passed my boards
⚪️ I’ve finalllllly finished my research Thesis
⚪️All my infinite details are submitted to the medical boards
⚪️I low key and last minute joined a FREAKING DOCTORAL PROGRAM
⚪️I’ve survived the better part of a year working two jobs while doing ALL of the above as a single parent in a pandemic and we’re still alive
⚪️ I’ve had a big medical diagnosis on an incurable condition and have done nothing about it
⚪️I’ve missed every single day in the past several months away from my studio.

All of this to say. I HAVE FINALLY GRADUATED and I am in process to become a licensed acupuncturist!! Someone pass me a cookie, case of wine, a million dollars or maybe just a hug. I’m exhausted but finally pausing to address the fact that I’ve been sinking and swimming and still finding the way through this mucky unknown. I hope to be practicing this sacred medicine in the next few weeks. Until then, I hope to breathe a little easier and continue working on my friendship with trust in the universe.

I couldn’t have done it without your faith and encouragement in me.

Hi! Checking in! 🤍 I’m focusing on my boards to start practicing Acupuncture and Eastern Asian Medicine!
This is me passing my second board exam. I thought I was failing the whole time and I even kept falling dang asleep during it! I was punching/clawing at Acu point DU-26 which has an effective purpose of “reviving consciousness”. And SOMEHOW I passed! Thank you Acu goddesses and I also should sometime soon start believing that I know things. We went to the river right after and we just soaked and rested. Im sure I slept the rest of the weekend attempting to catch up with how emotionally, mentally and physically exhausted I really am. I dream and look forward to returning to my studio and plaaaaaaaying when my heart spirit can fully be present. Until then, my loves, my shop is still open and I adore you. Thank you for being with me on this wild journey.

Wearing my Harper designs that were restocked last week in my shop. And loving this shot by in the desert.

I don’t know who needs to hear this but if you are having a hard time right now.. I am too and it’s important to not feel alone right now in the struggles we all personally/privately face.
🌞Reminding myself and whomever needs it that the sun will warm us should we peak out and allow it.
🏔The mountains will still be there when we need the weight of its consistency and steadfastness.
🍃The wind will still blow our hair in such a way that makes us look ridiculous every time and our dissolution of control gives way to laughter should we want it.
🤍Reason says, this shall pass.
🤍My heart says, give me extra hugs and kind eye exchanges.
🤍So, here’s me giving you hugs, compassionate eye exchanges and reminders that we don’t stay in these spaces for long—and if we do, we still get to feel the sunshine and that stupid, beautiful wind in our hair giving rise to a hopeful laugh or even an accepting tear.
