This is my Nana's lemon pound cake that she MAILED my mom this week (yes, she actually mailed 📪 a cake). I topped it with fresh summer strawberries and homemade whipped cream 😋

I always tell my clients, when you eat dessert you should be intentional, mindful and slow down to ENJOY it. This allows you to feel satisfied with less and avoid sweets that you do not truly enjoy.

Breakfast doesn't have to take a long time to make it packed with good nutrition.

Take these cheesy veggie eggs with avocado and fresh fruit for example. Good balance of macronutrients to provide satisfaction and it only took about 10 minutes to make!

Here are some tips to speed up the process:
- Use frozen chopped veggies like diced peppers and onions
- Wash your produce the day of grocery shopping so it's ready to grab and eat whenever

Nothing quite like a hard shell taco. Leave it to Siete to make them even better.

A few things I love about their products are that they use high-quality oil (peep that avocado oil 😍) and since they are grain-free they have fun alternatives to typical wheat flour (great allergy-friendly brand).

Side shout out to my sister for the genius gift of taco holders. 👏 They elevated these shredded chicken tacos to the next level.

Just giving y'all some lunch/dinner inspiration for today 😍

Protein: Ahi tuna steak
Carb: Jasmine rice
Fiber: Edamame, cucumbers, green onion
Fat: sesame oil, avocado, sesame seeds
Flavor: soy sauce + coconut aminos

This is a go-to dinner for me since it takes less than 30 minutes to make and it's OH SO DELICIOUS. Would you try it??

▪️TONS of chopped fresh veggies (tomatoes, onions, peppers, baby spinach)
▪️Crushed tortillas chips

Cinnamon 🍎 Oatmeal Bake

This morning I wanted to make something different for breakfast. After a few minutes googling random recipes in bed, I found one that looked good.

When I'm looking for a meal recipes, I make sure it has all the components to keep me full and satisfied ----- fiber, healthy fats, and protein. This typically means adding or taking away parts of recipes to make them more balanced. If you don't feel confident doing this yourself, talk to an RD to help you learn this skill!

FIBER: rolled oats and apples
HEALTHY FAT: chia seeds
PROTEIN: milk and Greek yogurt
