Please check in at the kiosk and wait patiently in the waiting room until your provider is able to take you back. Joseph Jadav, psychiatric nurse practitioner, is now in-network with Aetna, Optum, UMR, United Healthcare commerical, and state BCBS plans (memeber ID starts with STT). We are still waiting for Cigna, BlueCare, and BCBS. His schedule is filling up quickly. He is offering private pay intakes for $250 and $150 for follow-ups. To book an appointment, fill out a new patient form at https://knoxbehavioral.com/new-patients.
