Real Hot Yoga is committed to offering the ultimate hot yoga experience by providing students with a state-of-the-art facility in a warm, welcoming, supportive environment. We specialize in hot vinyasa style flow/power yoga classes as well as set-sequenced hot hatha yoga classes. All classes are either hot (95) or real hot (105 degrees). Real Hot Yoga is Knoxville's first state-of-the-art hot yoga

studio. Our 1,000 square foot yoga room features a heating system designed specifically for hot yoga. It offers precise temperature and humidity control; and a UV air filtration system, which removes 99% of germs, bacteria, viruses, and odors from the air. The heat allows you to achieve a deeper stretch with less chance of injury. It also aids also in detoxifying the body to make you feel energized and adds a cardiovascular element other yoga classes don't offer. Classes at Real Hot Yoga offer a complete workout!

1. Book your own class on the RHY app
2: Click on the "book a guest" button
3: Enter your friend's name (or if you just want a friend to join you but have them book and pay for their own class, just hit "invite" and the app will send them a link to join!)
