Yesterday, we were honored to attend the annual Alzheimer's Tennessee Caring Hearts Recognition Luncheon—an event dedicated to celebrating the incredible caregivers who go above and beyond for those living with Alzheimer’s.
This year, Mac's LTC Pharmacy Solutions was proud to take part in a special way: each honoree received a single, beautiful rose from our team. We are seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to become part of our Mac's Long-Term Care Pharmacy team! Primary responsibilities will be running one of our packaging robots, preparing and filling medication orders in the correct packaging type, developing relationships with our partners, as well as learning other areas of the pharmacy. We are seeking candidates with positive attitudes, a strong work ethic, and excellent customer service skills! We are a family-owned pharmacy who prides ourselves on the relationships we build with our communities. Candidates will be expected to maintain these standards. Pay is based on experience.

Responsibilities:

-Run and manage the SynMed packaging robot

-Prepare medication and other healthcare products for patients

-Label and record dosage information

-Monitor storage and inventory of medications and supplies

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with our partnering communities

Qualifications:

-3+ years experience as a pharmacy technician is preferred

-Long-term care pharmacy experience is preferred, but not required

-Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

-Excellent verbal communication skills

-Strong attention to detail

-Strong organizational skills

-Team oriented
