BREAKING NEWS!

The TN ABC granted an extension request to continue allowing legacy licensees (Suppliers and Retailers who were granted licenses from the TDA before December 31, 2025) to operate under the current law.

The TGC was granted an injunction on the THCa rules in 2024. This is an extension of that injunction from our lawsuit.
