AT LAST! We are building a new residential Hospice to serve all of East Tennessee!!! Sacred Ground is just that….Sacred Ground.

Originally established in 1999 as “Halls Residential Hospice,” it was one of the first of its kind. Thousands of patients and families have experienced our comprehensive loving care as well as the family and spiritual based support that Sacred Ground has to offer. Sacred Ground is a nonprofit organization offering loving compassionate care when facing a life-limiting illness so that the family of the terminally ill can be the family member and not their caregiver!

Yesterday we had the honor of attending the Caring Hearts Luncheon hosted by Alzheimer's Tennessee with our Caring Hearts nominee, Charlene, her husband Thomas and daughter Stephanie.

Charlene is very compassionate and serves patients and their families with kindness, dignity, and a gentle spirit during the most difficult moments. Her selflessness, humility, and unwavering compassion leave a lasting impact on every life she touches. She truly embodies the heart of caregiving, and it is an honor for her to receive this award.
