What an enlightening talk last night by Dr. Matt Tonnos of Courtley Chiropractic! He took us on a deep dive of the nervous system & hormones & how our brains, spines, and nervous system are all connected. It's orchestrated beautifully, and the nervous system is the 'great conductor'! He shared his personal story, which began as a child & followed him for several decades, to discovering the power of the body. His Philosophy, "God didn't make junk! The wisdom of the body is brilliant, and when we work with it, it works!"
