🏋️ A 3-week course equipping you with the tools and ideology needed to gain the proper mobility for all of your barbell lifts and exercises.

Course Highlights
💥in person instruction from a doctor of physical therapy
💥Mobility Kit included for each participant
💥exercises and instruction to gain mobility in
each joint related to barbell mechanics
💥biomechanics and positioning drills, and corrections for each individual

Why do we need mobility work?🤔

Our bodies adapt to the movements we put them through each day. When we have certain workouts, working positions, and functional activities that we do repeatedly, our body will shorten and lengthen in different muscles and joints to accommodate for them. Working through mobility drills not only ensures that all your motion is optimized in these activities, it also helps you find limitations your current routine may be creating, helping you normalize your body’s movement and stay in a fully functional pattern. 💪🏼 you’ll not only feel and move better, but you’ll also live better long term🤸🏽

Passive stretching - the best way to finish any workout!🤸🏽They help maintain your mobility and also allow the muscle to decrease tension after your workout. We always finish our classes with long duration holds in common areas of muscle tension, such as hamstrings, glutes, and hip flexors.

What is Functional Mobility?🤔 Our classes focus on the mobility and stability needed to complete functional workouts and training for you, the athlete. Classes are designed to work the areas we often overlook in training - flexibility, fluidity, and stabilization. While each class is targeted at increasing your flexibility and range of motion, you can also expect the small stabilizing muscles of your body to all be worked in order to strengthen your muscles and support your joints to become more balanced in your sport. 🤸🏽

Whether you are a runner, a power lifter, or simply an active individual, our class is designed to emphasize the small things to help you function at your best! 💪🏼
