According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture the average American, in 1900, ate 1/2 pound of sugar per year...now the average American eats 1/2 pound ....per day! That comes to 157 pounds, per person, per year. Now do we wonder about the horrific rise in degenerative diseases...especially diabetes? Let's clean up our foods, eat meat and vegetables, exercise and get outside! You'll feel better.
