Fyi: If you have a sunburn from either a tanning bed or the sun, you cannot have a massage. No matter if it's just a slight burn. Please keep that in mind when you have an appointment and let me know if you do have one.

I've had lots of interest about lymph drainage massages. Yes, I do them and No, it isn't a deep tissue massage. It's a light, feather-touch, slow massage. If you have gotten a lymph massage any other way, you haven't gotten a lymph massage! The lymph system is very superficial and must be gently handled or it can be collapsed.
