Are you looking for an empowering field trip opportunity for your Deaf, DeafBlind, or Hard of Hearing students?

The Knoxville Center of the Deaf is officially hosting Youth Day 2027, and we want your school to be part of it! This is a unique day dedicated to building leadership through workshops, panels, and community connection.

The community is hosting a weekly ASL Play Group and it is the perfect place for kids to learn, grow, and connect through American Sign Language!
Whether your child is D/deaf, Hard of Hearing, or a hearing learner, this is a space where children see language reflected all around them and where all kids can communicate without barriers.

We had a wonderful evening at the Knoxville Museum of Art, for Deaf Night at the Museum! Filled with new exciting exhibits and presentations from highlighted artists, it was fun for the whole family!

We're looking forward to seeing you this Thursday at 6:30 PM! This is an open public meeting, and we warmly welcome everyone to join and stay informed about what's happening at KCD.
Please note that only the Board will be presenting the official report during this meeting. If you have any questions or concerns, we kindly ask that you save them for our next Town Hall meeting, where there will be space for open discussion.
