I hope one day my kids look back and realize how hard I tried.

when I was busy, I still found the time.
when I was exhausted, I still found the energy.
when I lost my patience, I apologized.
when they needed me, I was there.
I loved them hard every single day.
I wasn't perfect. I made mistakes.
but I gave it my all every day.. to be better for them.

Your child isn't "making you mad," you're just triggered by their behavior.
Your child isn’t spoiled, they just need more consistent boundaries from you.
Your child isn’t "crying for no reason," you're just lacking empathy at the moment....

When you master the art of perception, parenting is much less triggering.
