Originally from East Tennessee, Myle earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nutrition from the University of Tennessee.
🍊Myle is a dedicated registered dietitian who believes in helping individuals build a peaceful, empowered relationship with food.
🍊Grounded in intuitive eating and an “all foods fit” approach, she brings empathy, authenticity, and genuine enthusiasm to every session.
🍊Myle believes food is more than just nourishment- it’s deeply tied to culture, emotion, and connection. She loves helping others explore the emotional and familial influences behind food choices and guiding them toward healing and self-trust.
🍊She believes that recovery from disordered eating is not only possible, but deeply personal, and she walks alongside clients with kindness, encouragement, and respect every step of the way.
🏔️Outside of work, Myle enjoys spending time in nature hiking, camping, kayaking, and biking, with her beloved dog Winnie by her side. When she’s not outdoors, you’ll likely find her thrifting, cooking up something new, or enjoying live music.
