Totality Living Well is sending off another strong officer candidate to the US Air Force. At a massive 6’6”with a hard work ethic,
Iain Scott has been one of my dedicated training clients for the last four months. We have been preparing him to not just “get by” but to accelerate through his OTS training.
In the last four months, he has increased his muscle mass by 10% and dropped 15% fat mass.
Iain has more than doubled his bench press ability and the rest of his body strength improvement has been amazing!
Most importantly are his three required tests.

Sit ups: Beginning-40 /Shipping out - 60+ (in the timed test).

Push-ups: Beginning - 20/ Shipping out - 40 (in the timed test).

Run time: Beginning - 12.5 minutes for 1.5 miles. Shipping out 10 minutes for 1.5 miles.

I’m so honored to be a part of this Airman’s journey!

Me and my baby have been bracing for a freeze warning today known as the Blackberry Winter on our property. We have been taking care of protecting our abundant food supply and various flowers in the cold and rain. It’s tricky and very labor intensive. Lord please bless our efforts. 🙏🏼
