🎓 Celebrating the Project SEARCH Class of 2026! 🎉
We had the privilege of celebrating the Project SEARCH interns at Fort Sanders Regional and all they have accomplished this year. Congratulations to our graduates, your determination, growth and hard work have made a lasting impact on our team. 👏

Since launching the program in 2022, we have celebrated 26 graduates, with 12 hired at FSR and 10 still part of our team today, reflecting the meaningful impact of this program.

Throughout the program, these interns built confidence, developed valuable skills and gained hands-on experience alongside our team members. It has been an honor to be part of their journey and we are excited to see what comes next.

We are thankful for our ongoing partnership with Knox County Schools and Sertoma of Knoxville whose support makes opportunities like this possible. Together, we continue to build a stronger and more inclusive workforce. 💙

Over the past year, our hospital has cared for 15,169 patients arriving with EMS, with more than a third requiring emergency traffic transport, reflecting the critical role EMS plays in delivering timely lifesaving care.
